The countdown to Christmas is on, only 13 days to go! Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, we’ve got just the thing to make your holiday extra special. We have all of your favorites, from juicy Prime Rib and Tenderloin Roast to Leg of Lamb, Ham and Oysters, to name a few. Dinner wouldn’t be complete without our delicious sides, including Italian Sausage Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, French Green Beans, and plenty of other options. There is still time to place your order, so let us do the heavy lifting while you enjoy time with your family.
You can still pre-order a holiday feast, just order by Thursday, December 21, and we’ll take care of the rest! Please note, we will close at 6pm on Saturday, December 23 and will be closed December 24-26.
Holiday Ordering
Not sure how much to order to feed your crew? We can help! Here are your options and suggested ordering amounts per person. Of course, you can always call or ask us when you’re in the Market, happy to make recommendations!
RR Signature Beef Rib Roast (Prime Rib): Boneless or bone in
We recommend .75 pound per person for boneless roasts. For bone-in roasts we recommend 2 rib=4-5ppl, 3 rib=7-8ppl, 4 rib=9-10ppl, 5 rib=12-14ppl, 6 rib=16-18ppl, 7 rib=20-24ppl. We will season your roast with Prime Rib Rub (no charge).
Tenderloin Roasts: We recommend .5 lb. per person. Whole roasts average 3.5 – 4.5 lbs. each. Plain, seasoned, or seasoned & tied (no charge).
Kurobuta Hams from Snake River Farms:
Boneless is about ½ to ¾ lb. per person. Bone in Hams are about ¾ to 1 lb. per person. Mini Karver bone in hams are about 2 lbs. each.

Side Dish Delish:
All side dishes are sold by the quart unless otherwise marked, and each quart is 4-6 servings. Call the store at 208-938-1441 for info and to confirm order receipt.
