Holiday Special Orders at the Market
Only eleven weeks until Christmas, and planning for the fabulous holiday meals has begun. This year we are again offering a dry aged boneless ribeye roast that will blow your mind ($29.99/lb). It will be a six week dry aging process, and we will dry age each individual roast based on your order. Please call the store directly and place your order with Greg. The deadline for orders is November 5th, so we will have enough time to prep and age them properly before pickup. We will not have any extra on hand, so make sure you get your order in early!
