Furthermore,
our local beef supplier is a little bit
old-fashioned. They dry
age their

little
added extras that make a tasty difference.
We always have a master butcher on hand
to customize every cut just for you.
DOUBLE R SIGNATURE

grain fed beef program that was desinged
for 'white tablecloth' restaraurnts.
We are proud to be the first retailer
to bring it to our market so that you
too can create fine dining at your home.

only the top 1/3 of USDA choice grade
beef, we can gaurantee your pleasure
each and every time.
PORK – Salmon
Creek Farms is also
a co-op of self sustaining farmers achieving
common goals of producing premium pork
without
adding steroids, hormones or antibiotics
to their feeds. Furthermore, they opt not
to have their products injected with salt,
water or phosphates; just pure natural
pork.
KOBE STYLE BEEF – Snake
River Farms,
an Idaho company, produces their American
Kobe beef as well as their Kurobuta Berkshire
pork. Both are legendary breeds that are
described as exquisitely tender and delicious; truly a steak lover dream.
POULTRY – Draper Valley
Farms, Wow,
what a difference from the supermarket birds.
Raised on an all-vegetarian diet with room
to exercise, these chicks are raised in Draper
Valley Washington. “Tastes like chicken” should
taste.
LAMB – Summit
Creek Lamb is an all American lamb program from
individual ranchers throughout the Northwest.
They finish feeding their lambs on corn
north of Denver Colorado. With a mild flavor,
our lamb

easily taste compared to the lamb
raised
