It should come as no surprise that we have the largest selection of freshly ground meats and sausages. We grind turkey, chicken, veal, pork, lamb and a special ‘meatloaf blend’ of 1/3 each beef, pork, and veal. We also carry a variety of sausages we make in-house. You will be pleasantly surprised the first time you try our pork sausages and realize how lean and ‘meaty’ they are. We use only 100% pork shoulder for flavor and leanness. Our chicken sausages are made from draper valleys free range chicken and come in a variety flavors using fresh ingredients like spinach with feta, roasted red pepper and parmesan with pesto.
