Dave Faulk has spent his early years commercially fishing
the
icy waters of Kodiak Alaska. This experience has brought
forth a great advantage to our seafood department. With
an eye for quality, Dave personally buys all seafood for
the market. Most seafood is purchased direct from fishermen
themselves who ship direct to us via the airlines. We
shop the market first for in-season fresh seafood with
an eye for sustainable fisheries.
Dave
returns to his old fishing grounds annually to keep those
personal relationships and to personally see the operations
to bring home the best, most fresh fish possible.
