Porterhouse
is a locally owned specialty market where customers
are greeted by name. Originally, our only
mission was to offer the finest meats available
and to pair it with the old fashioned service
that's been lost in our fast food nation. Meats
that are now unheard of in the supermarkets,
such as Prime, Kobe, buffalo and more. Using
our hand selected ingredients we
have brought back the personal service that has
been lost in the supermarkets of today.
After
relocating our "meat only" market in 2003
to our current location, we expanded our offerings
(see our specialties) to make it
a true neighborhood type market where you can find
all the ingredients to put together a fabulous meal
with the help from a friendly staff whom you'll
come to know as part of your family.
The deli was integrated as a way to help our customers
complete their meal without the hassle of preparing
all of the ingredients themselves. Hand selected
ingredients that we have in the store, our deli
staff prepares from scratch each day a variety of
salads, entrees and desserts. |
