Our chef and staff take great pride in hand crafting meals that are not only unique and homemade, but also that have great eye appeal. It is our belief that people eat with their eyes first! Our recipes begin with great ingredients that are found right here in our own market; such as our tender all-natural meats and fresh wild seafood that have set us apart from the competition.

Our online catering menus are but a sampling of what we can create for you. We encourage our clients to bring their own tastes and ideas to the planning process too. Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duxelle in Puff Pastry

Artichoke & Parmesan Stuffed Chicken Breast with Alfredo

Apple, raisin, and almond stuffed chicken breast served over wild rice, organic spring mix with raspberries, goat cheese,
raspberry vinaigrette, and artisan breads

Greens, candied pecans, apples, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette

Corporate:

Southwest Beef Tri Tip, warm black bean salad, jicama with tossed greens.

Classic Caesar Salad with Free Range Chicken Breast: Romaine hearts, ground pepper, ground Parmesan, croutons, Roma tomatoes with creamy dressing and bread.

Free range chicken breast in cream, shallot & mushroom sauce, with rice pilaf, and tossed green salad.
